Men’s Day sur­pri­se

To mark this year’s Men’s Day, we wan­ted to give the men in our com­pa­ny a litt­le tre­at. As a thank you for their dai­ly com­mit­ment, we gave them a litt­le sur­pri­se the day befo­re. Every employee recei­ved a men’s box fil­led with goo­dies.

We hope the sur­pri­se was a suc­cess and wish ever­yo­ne a hap­py holi­day!

Girls‘ Day and Boys‘ Day

As part of this year’s Girls‘ & Boys‘ Day On April 23, 2026, we wel­co­med inte­res­ted stu­dents and gave them an insight into various are­as of our com­pa­ny.

The pro­gram included a tour of the pro­duc­tion faci­li­ty and prac­ti­cal sold­e­ring pro­jects, which the par­ti­ci­pan­ts car­ri­ed out tog­e­ther with our trai­nees. The day was com­ple­men­ted by an open exch­an­ge in a group set­ting, whe­re ques­ti­ons could be asked and per­so­nal impres­si­ons shared.

We would like to thank all par­ti­ci­pan­ts for their inte­rest and the suc­cessful day tog­e­ther.

Eas­ter sur­pri­ses

For Eas­ter, we gave our team ano­ther litt­le sur­pri­se to snack on and enjoy! For us, this kind of atten­ti­on is sim­ply part of the job. Whe­ther it’s Eas­ter, St. Nicho­las Day or Women’s Day, we like to use the­se occa­si­ons to make our col­le­agues hap­py and say thank you for their hard work.

IHK edu­ca­ti­on fair in Mag­de­burg

On March 20, 2026, we were at the IHK trade fair in Mag­de­burg and pre­sen­ted our com­pa­ny and our care­er oppor­tu­ni­ties.

At our stand, visi­tors were able to find out first-hand about trai­ning oppor­tu­ni­ties, ent­ry oppor­tu­ni­ties and our day-to-day work. At the fair, we took a lot of time to ans­wer ques­ti­ons from pupils, par­ents and tea­chers and were able to pro­vi­de exci­ting insights into our work.

We were deligh­ted with the gre­at inte­rest and the many gre­at dis­cus­sions!

Flower gree­tings for Women’s Day

As Inter­na­tio­nal Women’s Day fell on a weekend this year, we natu­ral­ly did­n’t miss out on the occa­si­on and pre­sen­ted our fema­le col­le­agues with a small flo­ral gift the fol­lo­wing week. 

We very much hope that all the women were deligh­ted with the sur­pri­se and that the flowers brought some extra joy into their working day!

Hap­py Chi­ne­se New Year!

At the begin­ning of the year, our col­le­agues in Kunshan cele­bra­ted the tra­di­tio­nal Chi­ne­se New Year.

On this spe­cial occa­si­on, we also send our best wis­hes from our head­quar­ters in Ger­ma­ny to the enti­re staff of our sub­si­dia­ry in Chi­na and to our local part­ners.

Rose Mon­day tra­di­ti­on

Hel­au and Alaaf! As we do every year, we main­tai­ned our che­ris­hed tra­di­ti­on on Shro­ve Mon­day and pro­vi­ded the enti­re team with fresh pan­ca­kes.

As always, the­re were ple­nty of fresh­ly baked pan­ca­kes for all depart­ments to ensu­re that no one went away emp­ty-han­ded. An all-round suc­cessful refresh­ment for the working day, which hop­eful­ly also put ever­yo­ne in a good mood!

School fair in Schö­ne­beck

What is the best way to bring com­pa­nies and stu­dents tog­e­ther? By ente­ring into per­so­nal dis­cus­sions in the very places whe­re young peo­p­le spend time every day.

That’s exact­ly why we were at the 2026 School fair at the BbS „Otto Allen­dorf“ in Schö­ne­beck. The­re, we had the oppor­tu­ni­ty to talk direct­ly to stu­dents, par­ents and other com­pa­nies from the regi­on.

We hope that we have been able to arou­se the inte­rest of some of you.

Trai­ners’ mile in Aschers­le­ben

On Janu­ary 29, 2026, we were at the Open day at the BBS WEMA in Aschers­le­ben. As part of the “Aus­bil­der­mei­le” (trai­ners’ mile) the­re, pupils had the oppor­tu­ni­ty to find out about various trai­ning occu­pa­ti­ons and talk direct­ly to regio­nal com­pa­nies.

As the fair took place direct­ly at the school, it was a gre­at oppor­tu­ni­ty for us to talk to pupils, par­ents and tea­chers on site and give them prac­ti­cal insights into our trai­ning oppor­tu­ni­ties.

Trade fair for the deve­lo­p­ment and pro­duc­tion of elec­tro­nics

From Novem­ber 18 to 21, 2025, the Pro­duc­tro­ni­ca the world’s lea­ding trade fair for elec­tro­nics deve­lo­p­ment and manu­fac­tu­ring. Rese­ar­chers, deve­lo­pers, and manu­fac­tu­r­ers use this indus­try event to exch­an­ge infor­ma­ti­on about cur­rent trends in elec­tro­nics pro­duc­tion.

We were also repre­sen­ted at the trade fair and used the four days to hold num­e­rous dis­cus­sions with part­ners, cus­to­mers, and inte­res­ted visi­tors. The inter­na­tio­nal elec­tro­nics trade fair was a gre­at oppor­tu­ni­ty for us to gain insights into new deve­lo­p­ments in elec­tro­nics manu­fac­tu­ring and to net­work with indus­try experts.
